Week 4: HR Software and Record Keeping
Using HR software like Zoho People or BambooHR for employee data management.
Week 5: Payroll and Benefits Administration
Managing payroll, leave records, and employee benefits programs.
Week 6: Labor Laws and Compliance
Understanding key labor laws, including the Minimum Wages Act and Employees’ Provident Fund.
Week 7: Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
Handling employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Week 8: Final Project and Assessment
Completion of a comprehensive HR project and preparation for the All India Trade Test (AITT) under NCVT.
