Week 4: Contract Drafting and Review

Drafting basic contracts, reviewing terms and conditions, and ensuring legal compliance.

Week 5: Negotiation and Purchase Orders

Negotiating with suppliers and processing purchase orders using procurement software.

Week 6: Procurement Software and Documentation

Using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office for procurement tracking and documentation.

Week 7: Compliance and Quality Control

Ensuring compliance with procurement laws, organizational policies, and verifying contract deliverables.

Week 8: Final Project and Assessment

Completion of a comprehensive procurement and contract management project and preparation for the All India Trade Test (AITT) under NCVT.
