Building trust, managing client interactions, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
Week 4: Inventory Management
Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock checks, and using inventory management tools.
Week 5: Order Processing and Documentation
Processing customer orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating deliveries with logistics teams.
Week 6: Sales Software and Tools
Using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
Week 7: Compliance and Performance Metrics
Ensuring compliance with trade regulations, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales KPIs.
Week 8: Final Project and Assessment
Completion of a comprehensive sales and distribution project and preparation for the All India Trade Test (AITT) under NCVT.

Apprentice performance is evaluated through a combination of practical, theoretical, and participatory components, preparing them for the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC):
