Week 4: Basics of Equity Trading

Understanding stock market operations, key terms (e.g., BSE, NSE, shares), and assisting with trade queries.

Week 5: Office Software and CRM Tools

Using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for data entry and client management.

Week 6: Client Relationship Management

Managing client records, follow-ups, and coordinating with equity dealers for trade support.

Week 7: Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, verifying document accuracy, and maintaining service standards.

Week 8: Final Project and Assessment

Completion of a comprehensive front desk operations project and preparation for the All India Trade Test (AITT) under NCVT.
