Using HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors) for employee data management and reporting.
Week 6: Employee Relations and Grievance Handling
Addressing employee concerns, managing workplace conflicts, and implementing HR policies.
Week 7: Training and Development Basics
Assisting in organizing training programs and tracking employee performance metrics.
Week 8: Final Project and Assessment
Completion of a comprehensive HR management project and preparation for the All India Trade Test (AITT) under NCVT.
