Week 5: Inventory Management and Merchandising
Managing stock, restocking shelves, and creating attractive store displays using visual merchandising techniques.
Week 6: Customer Service and Complaint Resolution
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Week 7: Safety, Hygiene, and Compliance
Implementing safety protocols, maintaining store hygiene, and adhering to retail regulations.
Week 8: Final Project and Assessment
