Processing customer orders, verifying details, and preparing documentation like invoices and delivery notes.
Week 5: Inventory and Logistics Coordination
Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
Week 6: Supply Chain Management Tools
Using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and order tracking software for procurement and fulfillment.
Week 7: Compliance and Quality Control
Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements like GST documentation.
